We are looking for a Construction Supervisor who takes ownership of civil works on the ground. A Construction Supervisor will be responsible for the daily oversight of civil works of Stegra’s new transport and storage facility in the port of Luleå.

This is a hands-on role, with full-time presence onsite in Luleå for the duration of the project.

What you’ll do

· Represent Stegra on site and collaborate with the design-build contractor in the overseeing of civil works with a sharp focus on safety, quality, and sequencing

· Track progress and flagging issues early

· Monitor site logistics and material flows

· Contribute to regular reporting on schedule, budget and quality

· Coordinate with adjacent construction projects and aligning activities with ongoing operations in the port of Luleå

What we are looking for

· Hands-on knowledge of earthworks and construction in challenging soil and groundwater conditions

· Experience working in northern Sweden with familiarity in local conditions and site constraints

· Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English

· Ability to navigate operational realities of an active port and multi-project construction theatre

· Ability to operate in multi-stakeholder environments, managing communication between Stegra, the design-build contractor and Port of Luleå authorities

· Relevant vocational or technical education in civil engineering or construction, or equivalent practical experience
