Background:
With the new EU legislation(s) that will be effective 2025-2027, the customer are looking for Cyber Security Legislation Support resources to work withing the Cyber Resilience Act Project.
We are mainly focusing on Machinery Regulation with regards to Cyber Security requirements and Cyber Resilience Act, but other EU legislation(s) may be included.

Purpose:
The Cyber Security Legislation Support resources will be part of the project organization and work together with OpCo Sub-PMs and/or QARA & Other Activity leader and support Extended Core Team resources (representatives from product development teams, QARA, and other project resources) to ensure compliance prior to EU legislation effective dates.

The Cyber Security Legislation Support role will be qualified with the customers Interpretation of the EU legislation(s) in scope for the project.

This project position reports to the Project Manager for Cyber Resilience Act Project.

Intended Responsibilities:
• Work with OpCo Sub-PMs and support Project OpCo Extended Core Team resources with legislation knowledge
• Work with OpCo Sub-PMs and support Project OpCo Extended Core Team resources with product gap assessments and other tasks and activities to ensure EU Legislation preparedness.
• Work with the QARA & Other Activity Leader and support Project Extended Core Team resources to update Global QMS documents and Super-User training
• Other responsibilities may be included

Candidate qualifications we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with focus in Cybersecurity; equivalent experience may be acceptable.
• Experience in product security.
• Understanding product Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of the CRA and Machinery Regulation with regards to Cyber Security requirements.
• Ability to work with and support a wide range of project resources.
• Comfortable to execute project activities and task
• Experience of working in a global company

Previous experience from the The Life Sciences’ environments are preferred but not required.
