We’re looking for a Business Architect to join a cross-functional Digital Procurement team in Stockholm. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technical solutions in close collaboration with developers and business stakeholders across the Source-to-Pay domain.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with business functions to map and understand procurement, inventory, and logistics processes, and help shape how they are enabled through our digital platforms and third-party systems. You’ll act as a bridge between strategic process understanding and digital development through solution architecture work and planning activities together with the development team.

Required Technical Skills:

• Experience with Spring Boot and REST API development

• Experience building event-driven systems and working with microservices

• Technically grounded, ideally with a background in software development/solution architecture

Required Domain Experience (minimum one of the following):

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process implementations (focus: Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse)

• ERP system projects in Process industry companies

• Experience from SAP S/4HANA implementation projects

Profile & Skills:

• Strong communication and process mapping skills – you’re comfortable speaking with business stakeholders and translating their needs

• Used to working closely with agile development teams

• A team player, humble, curious, and easy to collaborate with

• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
