We are looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer with backend capabilities to join a cross-functional Digital Procurement team. In this role, you will work in a modern tech environment together with product owners, architects, data analysts, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions that connect procurement operations with analytical insights.

The role focuses on building data products, integrations, and pipelines that empower procurement and payment flows, while also enabling advanced reporting and analytics. You will help design and implement systems that ensure high-quality operational data flows into the central data platform, supporting both day-to-day decision making and long-term business improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering and/or backend development.

• Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data platform tools (preferably AWS S3, DBT, Snowflake, Power BI).

• Experience developing and integrating scalable backend services in Kotlin and/or Java.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot and REST API development.

• Understanding of event-driven systems and microservices.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Meriting Skills

• Experience working closely with business analysts or in analytics-focused teams.

• Interest in business-focused configuration and system management.

• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes (Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse).

• Experience integrating towards SAP S/4HANA.

• Background in ERP projects or the manufacturing industry.

• Previous experience in cross-functional agile environments.
