We are looking for a senior Solution Architect / Lead Developer to join a cross-functional team within Digital Procurement. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with solution architecture and technical leadership. You will work closely with both business stakeholders and developers, translating business needs into scalable and well-designed technical solutions. This is a high-impact position where you will not only be responsible for building solutions but also for guiding the team’s technical direction and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team within the Source-to-Pay domain.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes, and translate them into digital solutions.

• Drive solution design and architecture work with a focus on scalability and maintainability.

• Balance hands-on coding with architectural responsibilities.

• Ensure strong alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Spring Boot and REST API development.

• Proven experience in building event-driven systems and working with microservices.

• Background in software development with a track record of moving into solution architecture and/or technical leadership.

• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes (purchasing, inventory, warehouse).

• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and drive technical delivery.

• Skilled in solution architecture, process mapping, and information modeling.

• Excellent communication skills – able to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in agile environments, closely with development teams.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Meriting Skills

• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Experience from ERP implementation projects, ideally in process industry contexts.

• Experience in defining best practices and establishing technical frameworks for development teams.

• Knowledge of third-party system integration within procurement and logistics.
