M.sc och B.sc in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Around 10 years experience working with thermal systems in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience as Project Manager within Thermal Development.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading and facilitating agile teams in a technical environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.

Other valuable experience

• Knowledge of PLM/PDM systems.
• Experience with configuration management and variant handling.

Language

Fluency in English is mandatory, and fluency in Swedish is required
