We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead initiatives within an AI Accelerator program. In this role, you will drive strategic development, prioritize AI use cases, and help establish processes that shape the way AI products are developed, evaluated, and deployed. This position involves a mix of hands-on product ownership, strategic alignment, and organizational support for AI-related work across domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop a playbook for AI strategy development and use case prioritization (including discovery phase) and support PMs/domains without PMs in developing their AI strategies and pipeline prioritization. Specific outcome to me would be to have AI strategies for at least a few domains developed + few new use cases prioritized and taken into PoV stage

• Set up ways of working for AI use cases (how we run use cases during PoV stage, how we measure value, how we decide where to ”land” a use case, how we shape the team to maintain etc.) – and actually execute this process for 1–2 use cases already this year

• Act as a PM/PO for AI accelerator to get ongoing use cases into PoV stage

• Some ad hoc support in helping product organization overall (helping teams with OKRs, role modelling for PMs and POs, potentially some coaching etc.)

Requirements

• Sound experience in Product Thinking and Product Manager

• Sound experience in managing data AI products and scaling up from proof of concept to full fledged

• Ability to lead and evaluate quick POCs/pilots with iterative learning

• Comfortable with ambiguity and failure as part of innovation

• Translate technical capabilities into user stories and features

• Ensure backlog reflects both short-term experiments and long-term scalability

• Educate non-technical stakeholders on AI use cases, value, and limitations

• Champion ethical AI and compliance with governance frameworks

• Understanding of data mesh principles, data contracts, and interoperability
