Department Description:
Our department focuses on designing network and computer systems. Currently, we are working on the remote deployment of a customer system in Canada and two high-profile product launches. The team includes associates and contractors with diverse experience across various OT disciplines (networking, sys admin, test, etc.).

Role Description/Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Conduct Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Manage Scrum Teams: Oversee the Scrum team and related activities, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Resolve Conflicts: Help resolve conflicts within the team and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Support Role Transitions: Assist in role transitions within the team, such as moving team members to different roles.
• Eliminate Blockers: Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.

Requirements:
Must have:

• Experience as a Scrum Master, in Biopharma, and with Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work independently in a senior role.
• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice to have:

• Experience in OT and Networking.

Support and Facilitation:
The team needs support in managing Scrum processes and ensuring that projects are delivered on time. Your role would be essential in removing impediments and facilitating effective communication within the team.

The team is based in the USA and India and is accustomed to having a consultant manage the backlog in the morning and participate in meetings in the afternoon. If desired, the working hours can be adjusted to start at 10 AM, for example.
