Job description:

For this request we are looking for two resources, a Project Manager and an Analyst that will work closely together on this project.

Key Responsibilities Project Manager:

• Drive the overall, for all tech matters going forward
• Coordinate, facilitate and align with all central, continental, and local functions
• Stakeholder management with strong focus on the Sales Region
• Commercial and IT Process skills (ITIL) to support
• Review commercial terms
• Create and implement IT ownership and process map following RACI matrix
• Support the overall project team with contract negotiations and setup

Qualifications:

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Be able to act as “Spider in the net”
• Language skills in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities Analyst:

• Commercial and IT Process skills (ITIL) to support
• Detailed review of all already signed tech related contract
• Create executive and commercial summary for every signed contract
• Review commercial terms
• Create IT ownership and process map following RACI matrix
• Create detailed flow charts for tech support and operations
• Support the overall project team with contract negotiations and setup

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation and procurement skills
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Vendor and contract management experience
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Language skills in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
