In this hybrid role, you’ll be both production manager and creative — owning the process from concept to final asset. Whether it’s a campaign for our latest smart oven or a social video showing off sleek kitchen design, you’re the bridge between idea and execution. You’ll join a trusted brand that’s redefining how people live and cook at home — in a collaborative culture that values creativity, clarity, and both big ideas and flawless execution.
What you’ll do:

Lead Production: Oversee in-house and agency teams to deliver product-focused content across all touchpoints—social, digital, retail, and beyond.

Craft Creative Briefs: Write detailed, insight-driven briefs that spark ideas and ensure clarity of purpose. You’ll guide how each piece of content tells the product story.

Ideate with Impact: Visualize content that highlights function, design, and innovation—from quick lifestyle shoots to polished promotional videos.

Own the Production Process: Lead the end-to-end production of content, managing in-house creators and external agencies to deliver assets on time, on brand, and on budget.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and design to align content with campaign goals and product messaging.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in content production, creative project management, or a similar role — ideally with experience in a product-centric industry.

A strong understanding of visual storytelling and content strategy for consumer products.

Experience writing creative briefs and guiding the ideation process.

Comfortable working with both in-house studio and production teams and external production partners.

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and focus.
Meriting

Experience in visual storytelling for consumer electronics or similar design-led industries.

Proven ability to work across campaign types including social, retail, digital, and promotional assets.
